TIMBER PEST REPORT
The property will be prudently examined and tested for any evidence of timber pest damage or active in all readily accessible areas:
• Active (live) termites
• Subterranean termite management proposal
• Termite workings and/or damage
• Previous termite management program
• Frequency of future inspections
• Chemical delignification
• Fungal decay
• Wood borers
CONDITIONS CONDUCIVE TO TIMBER PEST ATTACK
The property will also be prudently examined for conditions conducive to timber pest attacks including:
• Lack of adequate subfloor ventilation
• The presence of excessive moisture
